How heartbreaking is it to hear about what the Rasta Monsta is having to go through. You never like hearing about it, but when it is someone you look up to as a human being it seems to hit a little harder. If you haven't heard, Brian Grant has been dignosed with young onset Parkinsons. He and his family recently moved back here to Portland and Brian even attended a tribute to Kevin Duckworth at which he held onto his own wrist so that no one would notice the shaking and take the focus off of Duck. He has always been an active member of the Portland community and class act. I hope the best for him and knowing him he will not take this sitting down. From my understanding there will be a special tonight on TV, I'm not sure what channel though. He also is starting a website dedicated to educating people about the disease as well as offering support to others suffering from Parkinsons. My thoughts and prayers go out to him and his family while they struggle through this difficult time. This is the same disease that has effected the lives of Michael J. Fox and Muhammad Ali.

The Blazers were winning!  That is the key word, were.  Blazers are living proof that you can live and die by the jumper.  Lately it has been dying.

Hawes will be a hot commodity by the trade deadline, I would think the sixers could find a better offer.

However, I do believe Mo Williams could have somewhat of  a high trade value. Olshey needs to make a deal to get a big man while we...

Yeah and now Blazers have zero interest in Bynum. I really thought he was worth the small risk. If anything he would be at the end of our bench and we use him as a sub. Hopefully we do make some type of trade for a quality back up center. Right no...
