Who do we get? There is still a lot of players which I think suits our team. First is Odom well, His Ring Tells us what he's done and IF we do get Him ( which is unfortunately -_-highly unlikely) we'll get a scorer making our frontline better. Sessions would be great too to the fact that We urgently NEED a Good SF for the Team but If we cant get him, might as well get David Lee, He'd be great for a team with the energy he brings in, but im not really a fan of how he plays so what do you think? Speaking of Lee and the Knicks, Krypto Nate is up for grabs too, He's a 5'9 PG thats a hell of Dunker but even if he can Make those shots He is Still a PG which means He'll need to work with the whole team and I think Hes not the Perfect fit for the team. Andre Miller is another option for PG, He might not be the best PG on the league but I think its the best deal we'll get with all the teams going through Big deals. Another option is to not Do anything, and well just hope that 1 more year is enough for the Blazers to get to the playoffs, I just hope Oden Improves and Finally learn to not get a much fouls since we dont have Channing Frye anymore and Ruffin in my opinion wont be as good as Frye have been. We SHOULD have gotten Richard Jefferson, man HE wouldve been a good piece to add to the Blazers( With L.A. Pryzbilla or Oden on the post, and of course Roy, He couldve been the swingman we'd love) But hey The Spurs got Him now. So Who and What do you think should the team do?

Personally, I don't think there were any free agents that were a great fit for this team, especially over the long term, except for Millsap. I think that one day in the not too distant future, we'll all look back at the Hedo fiasco and say, "Man, we really dodged a bullet there." He would have helped next year and the following year, but would not have made this a championship team (mainly because he is a horrible defender) and would have been a huge drain financially over the last few years of his contract.

The cap money is going to get used and it will be on a lopsided trade with a team that, half-way into the season, realizes they don't have a chance and tries to dump salary. That's when we'll be able to get a premier player like Butler or Wallace (that's Gerald, not Rasheed.) The guy I really want to see in a Blazer uniform, though, is Tayshaun Prince. He's a great defender and plays well at the wing. Also, he is unselfish, so he won't mind deferring to the scorers, and most importantly he has a ring, bringing experience, toughness and confidence to this young team. And it would be nice to have a mentor for Batum, who can take over when Prince moves on or retires. All this SF talk could become irrelevant, though, depending on what Martell looks like, provided he can play for more than five minutes without breaking his foot again.

We'll just have to wait and see, but I am really excited about the Blazers 2009-10 season, whether they make a move or not! GO BLAZERS!!!

Guess I was wrong, 'cause I just read that they'll use that money on Miller. It'll be nice having Blake on the second team, since Bayless needs a couple more seasons to mature into a PG. Hopefully this means KP is feeling good about Martell coming back strong.

seriously though, just play bayless. he'll learn with experience, not just sitting and watching.

First Game starts tonight. Houston is a tough first round opponent and they play exceptionally well at home. If we can steal a game or two at their place, I feel like we have extremely good chances.

P.S. Would anybody happen to have a...

The Blazers were winning!  That is the key word, were.  Blazers are living proof that you can live and die by the jumper.  Lately it has been dying.

Hawes will be a hot commodity by the trade deadline, I would think the sixers could find a better offer.

However, I do believe Mo Williams could have somewhat of  a high trade value. Olshey needs to make a deal to get a big man while we...
